Location

The chateau is situated in the country 4 kms from the city center of Millau, on the South West side of the city with fabulous panoramic views of the Larzac plateau, the town of Millau and the fantastic Millau Viaduct, the highest viaduct of the world, which is wonderfully lit at night.

The chateau is an ancient fortified farm of the Templar period with its defensive donjon and its corner towers. The square tower was already in existence in 1289, belonging to the Saint Pierre de Brocuéjouls parish, there is a lovely roman chapel of the 9th century belonging to this parish that you can see today not far from the house During the 17th century, François de Courtines, tax collector of Millau, created the inner Renaissance yard with bow windows. You will find his coat of arms above the fireplace.
